Barry.

I get this a lot because the key combination is:

Control+Alt+Arro key

Up/Down to flip, left or right to rotate.

And it's the same key combination in NVDA for navigating a table by cells
and rows etc.

Sometimes I do the keys when I am not in a table and then my screen flips or
rotates.

So... COntrol+Alt+Arrow until your sighted friend says it's right.
