Clive, it depends what you need the mobile device for.  My understanding is that there is still some way to go on Blackberry access.  It certainly doesn't have the onboard options that the iPhone has.  But, for instance, I access email accounts from both my home and work Windows machines via my iPhone, and if that's what you need to be able to do, then that product would do the trick.  You can also sync iPhone and desk-based Outlook calendars so that appointments are recorded on both devices and alerts pop up on them.
