I think the router's ok because I'm using it to send wireless email to you from my Mpower Braillenote so have ruled out that the router is ok. My phone's just been upgraded so am ruling that out for the moment and going to test the network card and all the cables on other devices - the cables seem to be ok so that means either the network card or my ISP. I wouldn't be sulprised if the network card has failed as although it's using the latest drivers, the card is fairly old. Thanks for your help.
