Hi Martin Well I was gobb-smacked, and believe me when I tell you that doesn't happen to me very often! (smile). I bought an iPad and got the VAT knocked off it. I must say that they were very clued up about VoiceOver in there, and apparently hold an accessibility workshop every fourth Sunday. I don't know how this VAT exemption aspect works online, but I would recommend people ask before they buy.
