Hello Robin, Sorry you don't know me, got to post my introduction soon. As for VAT exemption on iPhone, my partner bought her 4S from Coventry Garden store and they just simply deducted the VAT without asking, my partner is Russian and at the time she didn't know there was VAT exemptions available. So, why not ask the Coventry Garden store, see what they say, then throw it back at Westfield White City store.
