Hi, Considering they could have made the Kindle Keyboard more accessible, I personally don't think Amazon could care less. All the best Steve -- Computer Room Services 77 Exeter Close Stevenage Hertfordshire SG1 4PW Tel: +44(0)1438-742286 Mob: +44(0)7956-334938 Fax: +44(0)1438-759589 Email: steve@comproom.co.uk Web: http://www.comproom.co.uk -----Original Message----- From: Bcab [mailto:bcab-bounces@lists.bcab.org.uk] On Behalf Of Jackie Cairns Sent: 15 November 2012 12:03 To: 'BCAB Discussion List'; access-uk@freelists.org Subject: [BCAB] Supporting the AppleVis Kindle app campaign If you have never visited www.applevis.com it is a website dedicated to all things Apple, and has some brilliant info there. Their latest newsletter is looking for support that might encourage Amazon to make their Kindle app accessible with VoiceOver. So, if you aren't registered on the site, or don't even know of its existence, please take a couple of minutes to register and add your support to try and encourage Amazon to make their Kindle app accessible. Nobody is holding their breath, but it is worthwhile trying.
