Eleanor, I think to be fair to him Alasdair is busy with other stuff. And as
has been previously mentioned the BBC don't see fit to inform him of changes
in the iplayer service.

I have a problem with it too and did contact Alestair King about it but he
was unable to assist me. I did reinstall it again and selected programmes
and that worked but I have problems with it again in that I cannot access
radio.
