There are things on the horizon but nothing quite yet current and exist at two opposite ends of the spectrum.

1	Hang on for a Microsoft Surface Pro or similar machine that can act as a tablet.  These will begin to come on stream early next year.  I cannot give you a date or whether this will exactly emerge but magnification solutions among which Zoomtext will be forthcoming that may work with touch screens.

2	An iPad has magnification facilities build in, Microsoft Office for iPad is coming soon however at this stage we have no idea what that version of Office is going to be able to do.

The other solution which would work today find a conventional smallish laptop with a proper keyboard.  If you need to work office "professionally" that probably is the best option anyway.
