Word 2003 normally interprets the paste as a table. You can then read it, edit and navigate it like any other worked table. The only drawback from memory is that this will only paste in the values and not the formula underlying any cell. This will be OK is you still have the original spreadsheet as you can simply paste the updated formula results. This may or may not work for you depending on what you want to do. All this works in Word 2003 so I suspect it will still work in 2010. I've the written portion of my report complete and am now ontothe datasheets. Insertinga sample Excel sheet into Word, JAWS just reads the coordinates of the Spread Sheet. Is it possible to read/edit the data? I suspect not. If not not a problem, I can insert the sheet and just keep my own copy as a separate xlsx.
