I have been doing some research on this one, and despite finding a couple
one of which are free), I found nothing particularly accessible.
The best, although probably radical solution is to install an express
version of visual studio, which will give you access to VB script editing

I am using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.
Can anyone recommend a free tool for editing MicroSoft VBS scripts? There
used to be an editor built into MS Office, MSE.EXE, but it is no longer
MS Office 2010.
I know I can use Notepad, but I would like something more, like the VBA
