[BCAB] speech recognition with JAWS

Hi all.
I am doing some training for a company with a blind employee who has
difficulty using the keyboard for long periods of time due to nerve damage
in his fingers. He can use a keyboard for a few keystrokes and was
interested in J-Tools. I know that T & T recently ceased trading and that
much of the development has been taken over by a company called Astec. They
don't mention J-Tools on their site as far as I can tell so is J-Tools no
longer available? If this is the case, is J-Say still available?
Regards
Graham
