Hi All, I edit an occasional audio magazine for our local talking newspaper, and after much trial, I've found that my favourite method for recording voiceovers and other single-voice material is to use a microphone attached to a pair of headphones. The one I like most is a very old set which came as a freebie with a PC more years ago than I care to remember, and it has now lost its foam bits over the ears etc. I have another more recent pair, but the microphone on this is horribly scratchy and tends to feature various nose-whistlings, tongue clickings and other unfortunate artefacts. Can anyone recommend a reasonable device to replace my favourite pair of headphones and microphone? This could be a USB device as long as it's accessible with JAWS, could be a single ear-piece, but should major on the quality of the microphone. Regards and thanks for any info. Some of them are expensive, but they are gorgeous.
