Re: [BCAB] advice and views needed on Talk Talk service Paul Smith 13 Dec 2012 08:01 GMT
Hi Mo We have been with TalkTalk for a number of years and I have only needed to call them once for a technical issue was dealt with very well by the Indian call centre. The other time was over loss of service and this was due to an issue at the local BT exchange.TalkTalk have just put a new router in and I have seen an improvement in download speed over my old router.
