I'm with talk talk and mostly they've been pretty good, at least in
terms of things not continually falling over. I don't rate their
customer service helpline much though, but then again I can't think of
any ISP I've been with where I do rate it.
They're not offensive or anything, it's just that you can only ring an
expensive 0871 or is it 0870 number and I've had instructions from
them which flatly contradict what they say on the web, so you can find
instructions for tailoring outlook express for their service on their
webpages, but speak to one of their advisors and they will insist they
don't support it.
