Hello Yusuf

There is a mobile Yahoo site where you can deal with your account and it is
much more manageable. It is:
www.m.yahoo.com/mail

Listed under other folders, you will find a spam folder. I have got rid of
McAfee and use MSE and rely on BT Yahoo spam filtering. Using the mobile
site, I can easily check the spam folder, letting through acceptable
messages and deleting the rubbish.

Because this m.yahoo site is screen reader accessible, you could also turn
off the spam filtering but I'm happy to leave it to them and they are
charging me for the service anyway.

Regards

Subject: [BCAB] Spam filtering on BT accounts

I've recently discovered, thanks to another list member, that BT spam
filtering has caused some emails to disappear into the spam filter and so
not be downloaded to my computer. I had previously turned off spam
filtering, but somehow it has been turned on again. I had a quick look
yesterday but couldn't see any way of turning it off again. Given that the
web site isn't terribly accessible, can anyone tell me how I can turn off
the spam filter?
Yusuf
