Kevin, I upgraded to BT Infinity some time ago. I did have some difficulties in using the interface and therefore bought a separate router, Netgear, because I know the interface is perfectly accessible. I also found that the BT software gave me fewer security options. I seem to remember that the BT software caused problems with the way Window Eyes worked with IE and that was another reason I replaced it.
