Hi Roger.

go in to your start menu and type the word default in the search box. go
down until you get to set your default programs. press enter. press tab
to the list of programs and go down to internet explorer. press tab to
set this program as default, then press tab to choose defaults for this
program. go in there, then press space to check the select all box.
finally, tab to ok, then tab to ok again to exit all the previously open
dialogues. that should solve your problem. let us know if it works.
