Completely agree.  Windows 10 is generally more stable on my systems than 7
as well.

Windows 10 seems pretty good to me now.  It's been out over a year and I can
see no good reason why any new PC user should not go for windows 10.  There
are always worries about people needing to get used to new operating systems
but  that has always been the case.  There was a time of course when people
were worried about having to use windows 7 but now this is accepted as the
norm.
